Data scientist @ Roblox focuses on content strategy and AI analytics. Henry has extensive experience in causal inference and machine learning. He holds an M.S. in Urban Informatics from New York University and both a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University.

Kevin Hsieh (LinkedIn)
CEO, MirWork
Kevin is the founder of MirWork and a seasoned product leader with over 10 years of experience at Meta Reality Labs, Foxconn, Cognoa, and Candy House. He has successfully led and launched products across consumer IoT, robotics, AI medical diagnostics, and semiconductors. Beyond his work, Kevin is a passionate community builder and mentor, having coached hundreds of aspiring product managers to secure roles at Meta, Google, and other top companies. He is deeply committed to helping others grow, providing guidance to navigate career transitions and break into product management.

Jason is a Staff Data Scientist at LinkedIn focusing on Customer Support analytics and AI. Priori to LinkedIn, he worked in a startup for Healthcare analytics. He holds a MA in Statistics from UC Berkeley and B.S. in Statistics from National Chengchi University.

感謝所有 Taiwan Next 參與者，當天有超過百名的現場朋友一起參與，線上也有數十名從美國各地連線進來的朋友，大家一起在星期六的下午，學習了解數據如何成為 AI 的核心。感謝兩位優秀的講者 Henry Lin 和 Kevin Hsieh 用非常有效率的方式，深入淺出的介紹 Data 如何訓練 AI 模型，並且分享創新的 AI 應用與技術。特別感謝台灣資料科學會創辦人 Chi-Yi Kuan 和主持人 Jason Wang 的大力支持！

當日的講者重點筆記:

Speaker - Henry Lin

• 生成式 AI 並非全新系統，而是新型使用者體驗，伴隨新挑戰。

• 數據科學在生成式 AI 產品/專案中的核心職責不變：(1) 數據清理、(2) 模型評估、(3) 產品影響力衡量。

  • 數據科學的分析技能依然是：(1) 機器學習 (新增 LLM 及多模態)、(2) 實驗（新增因果推論）、(3) 產品 sense。

• 釐清核心問題/機會比直接尋找解決方案更重要，問題越不明確，數據科學家的角色越關鍵。

Kevin 講者重點：

• 企業因招聘流程低效、員工流動率高、錯誤聘用而損失數十億美元。

• 招聘人員被大量申請者淹沒，花費過多時間在重複性工作上。事實上，招聘人員閱讀履歷的時間只有 5-8 秒。超過100 名申請者中，只有不到 30% 的候選人能被招聘團隊看到。大多數決定都在面試的前 5-15 分鐘內做出。

• 模擬面試可以幫助求職者獲得競爭優勢，增強自信心並減輕焦慮。然而，時間衝突、缺乏指導、練習範圍有限和冒名頂替綜合症常常阻礙求職者有效利用模擬面試。

• MirWork 為求職者和企業提供解決方案。針對求職者，MirWork 提供 Quick Mock Interview，可將 LinkedIn 上的任何工作變成即時模擬面試。針對企業，它提供 AI 解決方案來進行第一輪面試，並提供自動轉錄、摘要和面試評分。
